r	rio kawano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで通った美容室で1番残念でした。 2年前くらいに指名なしで始めて利用した時は、とてもまではいきませんが、他の美容室と比べて縮毛矯正の持ちが良かったと思ったので久しぶりに利用しました。せっかくなので次は代表を指名し、2回ほど行きました。 1回目の時はほとんど代表の方が施術をしてくださり割と満足のいく仕上がりになりました。なので2回目も代表を指名しました。ですが1回目の時とはうって変わって最初に薬の配合の指示と最後のカットを代表の方がやるだけでほとんどアシスタントの方がやってくださいました。その結果左右差がひどくきれいに半分だけくせが残ったままでした。前髪もちりちりの状態です。周りからもそこの美容室大丈夫？と笑われるくらいでした。早くお直ししたくてお直しお願いしましたがこちらもすぐに行ける日にちがなく時間の調整もしてもらえず2週間過ぎてのお直しはできないとのことでした。大事な予定がありその為に縮毛矯正をかけたのに最悪な髪型のまま予定に参加することになったあげくお直しもしてもらえず、高い指名料を取られたのにほとんどアシスタントの方が施術、不誠実すぎて本当にがっかりしました。他の方からの評価は高いので、なぜ自分だけしっかりとした施術をしてもらえなかったのか、本当に残念です。 It was the most disappointing beauty salon I have ever visited.
