R	RIN A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて通販トラブルに遭い、相談させていただきました。通販ショップ側に『頼んでいない商品が送られてきた』とメールを送っても、メールでキャンセルは不可、定期コースは○日前まででなければ受け付けない、等と一方的な主張と、電話をくれといった内容だったので、自分から直接電話してもいいものかと悩み、消費者センターの方に間に入っていただきました。結果として、ショップ側はすでにキャンセルを受けているので、2回目以降の配送は止めたと言ったそうです。（メールでは真逆の事を主張してましたが）今回、消費者センターの方に間に入ってもらわなかったら、定期コースの申し込みだからと1ヶ月以上は契約が切れなかったと思います。本当にありがたい存在でした。 I encountered a mail order trouble for the first time and consulted.
