★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで色々なトヨタに行ってきましたが、ここは1番最低です！連携がなってない。トヨタ側が悪くても一切謝罪なし。言い訳し放題。点検終わったら電話するって言われたのに電話なし！さすがに車使いたいし、しびれを切らしてこちらから電話したら「もう終わってますよ？」と言われました！謝罪なしです笑
I've been to various Toyotas so far, but this is the worst! There is no cooperation. No apology even if Toyota side is bad. All-you-can-excuse. I was told to call after the inspection, but no phone! I really wanted to use a car, and when I got rid of my numbness and called from here, I was told, "Is it over?"! No apology lol

今回はパンク修理をお願いしたのですが、「パンク箇所以外のタイヤが変色していて困っている」と見積もりの際にお話ししたら、ご好意で洗浄等していただけました。次の日が定休日ということもあり、迅速に対応していただき、大変ありがたかったです。また利用させて頂きます。

I asked for a flat tire repair this time, but when I said at the time of estimation that "the tires other than the flat tire are discolored and I am in trouble", they kindly cleaned it. Since the next day is a regular holiday, I am very grateful for the prompt response. I will use it again.
