D	Daniel Logan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room was overlooking Kyobashi station, not much room to move but large by Japanese standards. Amenities were great, comfy beds, bathroom fantastic and room clean. We were able to store our luggage prior to check in and our bags were brought up to our room when we got back. We read some reviews complaining about noise from the station but we experienced no such thing and slept soundly on the 14th floor. Would stay again!
B	Benjamin Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small hotel room with clean toilet. Only allowed to check-in at 3pm. Not much seats at the Level 7 hotel lobby to sit around and wait for others. Good thing is that it is located near the train station. Taking Osaka Loop Line will be easy.
I	Ian Cho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 3 nights in May 2016. It's a business hotel. Think we paid US$ 90 per night. The room was small and had enough room for a double bed. But it had every thing and the the hotel is clean. The reception offer laundry facilities and detergent for free to the guests. Big plus in my mind since it was hard to do laundry while travelling in Japan. Location is great with access to several subway mainlines of Osaka and access to JR line. Think it took 5 minutes with train to Osaka station.
A	Andrew Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is very close to the Kyobashi JR rail station which is convenient. Lots of food and other places in the area. Staff is very friendly. There is a laundry room available to guests for free, just ask the front desk. Elevators are a bit annoying because there's only two available and you have to switch elevators between floors 1-7 and 7-14. Takes some time to get up and down since elevators are small and there are usually a few people trying to get up and down. We requested a room with two beds and while the room itself is fairly nice, the space available is a bit cramped for my liking.
B	B RAJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has good facilities as it was at station only. But the room size was really very small which is very common in Japan. Accessibility wise its perfect and there are a lot of restaurants in near by. Also I found a big Mall which has all the important stores.

Prices are very reasonable and the breakfast its quite decent for the price. The only bad points... being so close to a big station you will definitely hear the trains. It seems it is in a red district... maybe not the best spot for families.

The location near the Osaka Castle and rail station make it ideal for sightseeing and getting anywhere around Osaka and the country. There are loads of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are small, but efficient, clean, and comfortable. We did not hear any noise from the rails from our room. We would stay here again.

As someone with a dairy allergy, I really appreciated them marking everything with major allergens. We've been traveling for a few weeks now, so we were able to make use of their free washers and dryers. The hotel is very conveniently located. You are right at the train station and close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. I liked the deep tub as well. Having come to the cities from mountain hiking, a good soak felt really good. My only complaint would be that the room was small. And by small, I mean that we sometimes had to go over the beds to maneuver around each other. But, they were comfortable beds. That, and the light switch for the bathroom was on the outside and on the wrong side of the door, so if you forgot to turn on the light, you had to close the door first.
