★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台風の日に誰も居ないので、朝早かったので貼り紙していったときはご丁寧な言葉が添えてあった。
次の8/1（木）にメーター交換に来た時にエアコン不具合あったと言うので電話したら対応がメッチャ悪かった（男性の方『IDがわからないと…』の一点張り！
うちだってメッチャ時間に追われてる中連絡してるのに酷いです!
その後、なんとかエアコンも復旧したので御礼とお詫びの電話したのに忙しいのは皆様一緒なのに『ハイハイ。そんな事で電話しないでよ。』的な扱いで旦那の言う通りだった。
何時も皆様がお世話になってるからと思い連絡したのになまらガッカリです。(¯―¯٥)
良い事は誉められるべきだし、駄目な事は全力で誠意を持って対応すべきではないのでしょうか？だから大和高田嫌いです。
