Some people with disabilities go by Keisei Bus, but those with mental illness make noise on the Keisei Bus, so please watch over them warmly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ これも、何の評価か解りません！建物も区営図書館の居抜きで、就職支援センター行ってるので、不備は言い出したら切りが無いですが、人はやはり、良い対応してくれます！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前までは都営新宿線篠崎駅から数分の所にありましたが、道路拡張の為、現在の所に移動したと聞いてます。篠崎にあった当時は何度か行くことがありましたが現在の所には、まだ１度も行く用事もないのですが、障害者にとっては就労したあとの相談する所であり、就労を目指す方が利用される所。
It was a few minutes from Shinozaki Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line until a few years ago, but I heard that it moved to the current location due to road expansion. I used to go to Shinozaki a few times at that time, but I don't have anything to go to now, but it is a place for people with disabilities to consult after working and aim for working. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かつてはここが小岩図書館だった。1982年にCDが登場する以前から､LPレコードの貸し出しを行っていた。昔の新聞の縮小版も自由に閲覧できたし､ゼンリンの過去の住宅地図も､自由だった。
This was once the Koiwa Library. LP records were lent out before the CD appeared in 1982. I was able to freely read a reduced version of an old newspaper, and the past house map of Zenrin was also free.
