一部スタッフの客の対応が雑。
なんで、仕事も雑。気配りできない。面倒くさそう。問い合わせ放置ぎみ。上から目線。
見積もり出さずに、客に金額を確認もせずにいきなり作業に入り、修理代請求される。
技術的に特化してれば、少しくらい対応悪くてもリピートする気にもなるがそうでもない。
繁盛していて忙しいのはわかる。利益求めて件数こなしてる感じ。改善お願いします。
