★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夏に特殊なビルトインタイプのエアコンが故障してしまい、量販店や管理会社だと調査見積り～工期が1ヶ月くらいかかるとのことで、困っていたところ、諸々調整頂き、一週間程度にて見積り～工事申請～取り付けまでして頂き大変助かりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家のエアコンが調子が悪いので色々と検索して検討いたんだけれど依頼できませんでした。
理由の一つはサイト内で現地調査の重要性を説いているのに、クイック見積もりは現地調査しなくても大丈夫って書いてあるから、サイト内容と矛盾してるので・・・。
型番がわかれば現在のエアコンの寸法とか馬力とかわかるわけだし、室外機だってどんな所に置いてあるのかわかれば見積りとれるんだから、何も現地調査って重要じゃないということなのでは？と。
工事費盛るために現地調査が重要ってことにしてるのかな？と思えてしまいました。
クイック見積の金額で契約して、もし工事の日に現地に行って作業をして部材とか足りなかったらどうするんだろう？
仮に部材があったとしても客から追加料金取れないですよね？
（というか支払う必要がない）
そうなったら追加の部材代や工事料金は外注している工事業者の自己負担になるのかな？
なぜってクレーム書かれたら社長が自分の画像だけサイトから削除するような人のようだから。（これを記載した時点では掲載されていませんでした）
これってリアルだったらニュースやワイドショーでやるような、社員残して社長が雲隠れするようなもの。
さすがにそのような会社には、仮に他より安かったとしても依頼できませんでした。
実際に注文しての評価ではありませんが、言ってることとやってることが違いますので、こういう評価をさせていただきました。

One of the reasons is that although the importance of the field survey is explained on the site, the quick estimate is written that it is okay without the field survey, so it is inconsistent with the contents of the site.
If you know the model number, you can know the dimensions and horsepower of the current air conditioner, and if you know where the outdoor unit is located, you can estimate it, so isn't it important to do a field survey? When.
Is it important to conduct a field survey in order to increase construction costs? I thought.
What if you sign a contract with a quick quote and go to the site on the day of construction to work and you don't have enough parts?
Even if there are parts, you can't get an additional charge from the customer, right?
(Rather, you don't have to pay)
If that happens, will the additional materials and construction fees be borne by the outsourced contractor?
Because it seems that the president deletes only his own image from the site if a complaint is written. (It was not posted at the time of writing this)
If this were real, it would be like doing it in news or a wide show, leaving the employees behind and hiding in the clouds.
As expected, I couldn't ask such a company, even if it was cheaper than others.
It is not an evaluation of the actual order, but it is different from what I say, so I made this kind of evaluation.
