★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客は一見まともだが、購入後は釣った魚に餌を与えないが如く扱いが雑になる。商品も専門業者でなく店員がヨロヨロ運んでくるため、手伝うハメになるので要注意。送料は市内配達でもバカ高い。
At first glance, the customer service is decent, but after purchase, the handling becomes messy as if you do not feed the fish you caught. Be careful as the clerk will carry the products, not the specialists, so you will be helped. Shipping costs are stupid even for city deliveries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店に入ったら男性スタッフ2人と目が合ったが「いらっしゃいませ」の一言もなくこちらをガン見したまま荷物を運んでいった。入ってはいけなかったのかと思うくらいだったが一応店内を見てまわると、女性スタッフも近くに来たが無視。居心地がわるくなり店を後にする時でさえ「ありがとうございました」の声もなし。不必要に声掛けをする必要はないが、せめて入店退店のときくらい声掛けがあってもよいのでは。ましてやジロジロ見ながらというのはさすがに不快だった。有名メーカーの品を取り揃えていてもスタッフ教育、接客が出来ていないのは残念に思う。改善を望みます。
When I entered the store, I met two male staff members, but without a word of "Welcome", I carried my luggage while looking at this. I thought I shouldn't have entered, but when I looked around the store, a female staff member came near me, but I ignored it. Even when I feel uncomfortable and leave the store, there is no voice saying "Thank you". You don't have to call out unnecessarily, but at least you may call out when you enter or leave the store. It was even more unpleasant to watch Jirojiro. It is a pity that we have not been able to educate staff and serve customers even if we have products from famous manufacturers. I hope for improvement.
