薪	薪作り玉三郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 胡麻味噌？と醤油ラーメンを注文。胡麻味噌？は、ゴマがあまり感じられませんでしたが無難な味噌味のラーメンです。添えてあるからしニンニク入れると美味しいかなと。醤油ラーメンの方は、スープに限って感じたことですが、普通のSAの食券で出てくるヤツと思えば至って普通のラーメンです。ただ、二つのラーメンに共通して言えるのは、麺はモチモチの細ストレートで、なかなか美味いかなと感じたことです。食べ終わりまで、箸で麺を持ち上げてもちぎれません。かと言ってカチカチなわけでは無いです。硬い麺が嫌いな方には向かないかなとも感じますが、この細さであのもちもちはなかなか見ない麺じゃ無いかなぁ…と思いました。麺のタイプとスープの味がマッチするなら、かなり美味しいラーメンなんでは無いでしょうか。知り合いには『あまり勧めないよ…』なんて言われていたお店ですが、本当に普通に食べられるお店です。変に期待して『超本格ラーメン！』みたいにしていくなら期待はずれになりそうですが。最後に、鳥焼き肉丼は美味しかったです。斬新で新鮮な味付けと玉ねぎの食感、美味しかったです。 Sesame miso?
