★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マンションの私が契約した部屋と同じ階に風俗店が入っていることを事前に知らせてくれなかった。出入りが激しくて、騒がしいし、気持ちが悪いから何か対応して貰えないか相談したけど、「契約者はお店なんてやっていません」の一点張り。個々の不動産屋も黙認か結託してると思う。態度も最悪。適当。
Didn't tell us in advance that there was a sex shop on the same floor as my contracted apartment. We talked about getting in and coming out, being noisy, and feeling uncomfortable. I think individual realtors are either condoning or colluding. Attitude is worst. suitable.

家の鍵をセキュリティレベル高めのに変えて預けたが紛失。しきれいも引き継ぎされずに不動産の持ち主も、破産で競売かけられて家の中身を調査される。引き継ぎ不動産会社がちゃんとされてなく鍵もお金も返却されずに知らずぞをやぜぬ、当時の会社は倒産してわかりませわかり負かりませんから当社はなんも責任ありません。ディンプルキーや資金礼金無くしといてぼったくりかいしゃです。
