金曜、土曜日は予約する方が確実です。
三段バラは店員が焼いてくれるので、手を出さないこと。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祝日で混んでたからか、頼んだ料理があとから、無くなったとか言われたり、あとから来たお客の料理が出されたり、気分を害しました！二度と来ません！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 実家に帰ると、かなりの割合でスオン食堂に足を運びます。お目当ては断然「ネギチヂミ」。ネギたっぷりでふわっふわで味も良し。チヂミの概念が変わる逸品です。あと三段バラもすごい。じっくり焼いて、サンチュで巻いて、パクッ。いや〜美味いですよ。店自体は決して綺麗ではないし、トイレも和式1つだけ。でも、ここのネギチヂミとお茶目なお母さんに会えることを考えれば、無問題。しつこいようですが「ネギチヂミ」で人生の楽しみを1つ増やしてください。ごちそうさまでした。

ネギチヂミが美味しすぎて他のメニューが霞むほどです。
かなり大きめの声で呼ばないとオンマきてくれません。
It's interesting because of the habit of Onma.

チヂミがフワフワして、中の具のネギとイカのコンビネーションが抜群です。
三段バラのお肉タレをつけて、ネギのオリジナル薬味をかけ、サンチュで巻いたら、そこはもう韓国でした。
一番に入店しましたが、次から次へとお客さんが入る入る。
皆さんこの2品は必ず頼む定番料理なのですね。
毎週行っても飽きません。
