やっぱり福盛のコロッケは美味しい！
日曜日にはよく佐用町を訪れるのですが日曜日は定休日で長い間食べられずじまいでした。
私が子供の頃(30年以上前)晩ごはんに福盛のコロッケがあると兄弟で喜んだものです。
たしか昔は今のような形ではなく俵型だったと思うのですが。
揚げていないコロッケを家で揚げる事もあって、破裂させないように揚げるのが難しいとよく母が言っていました。
牛肉の味がしっかりするコロッケ、私の思い出の味です。
