不安でしたが無事に取付けていただけました。見積もり時から丁寧な対応と明確に料金を算出していだき、工事のご担当者も明るく礼儀正しく素晴らしい対応でした。繁忙期で見積もりの返信すら来ない業者もあり、本当に助かりました。また何かありましたらお願いしたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エアコンの取り外しと取り付けをお願いしました。壁の中からエアコン経由でネズミが侵入したので、その対策もお願いしました。見積もりを依頼し回答をくれた業者４社のうち、ネズミ対策として具体的な提案を出してくれたのはフレンドさんだけでした。ホースの通る穴に貫通スリーブを通し、壁との隙間に発泡ウレタンを施工してもらいました。納得のいく事前説明と、きちんとした施工に信頼感を持ちました。しかも１０年保証なので、もし今後何かあっても対応していただけると思うと、とても安心です。（施工は黒川さん）

当初、大手家電量販店に設置していただく予定でしたが設置場所的に室外機が小さいサイズの物しか対応しておらずそのせいかあっさり断られてしまいネットを頼りに色々な業者さんを探していました。その中で一番お安く見積もりを作って下さったフレンドさんにお願いしました。
見積もり額は当然の事ながら社長さんが直々にお電話下さり設置場所の写真を見て素人の私にも分かりやすく細かい説明をしてくださった&マルチエアコンをメーカーからお安くお取り寄せして下さるとの事だったのでこちらの会社に決めました。
工事当日、私が誤って旧住所を伝えてしまった為に作業員さんにはご迷惑をおかけしたのですがそれにも関わらずご丁寧にご対応いただき、本当にありがとうございました。
工事も言うこと無しで、完璧でした。
エアコンの事で何かあった際は次回もフレンドさんを利用したいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リフォームをして、エアコンを設置することにしました。当初はリフォーム会社でエアコン、設置をお願いする予定でしたがエアコン、設置共に高額でした。エアコンの機種が自由に選べなかったため、価格comで最新のエアコンを安く購入し、ネットの評判からフレンドさんに依頼しました。初めての経験のため、多少不安がありましたが隠蔽配管であったため、現地調査していただいた上で見積もりをいただきました。工事はとにかく担当者が感じがよく、さわやかで、仕事も丁寧でテキパキとしていました。3台と設置も4時間程度で、終了検査も確実に実施してくださいました。終了後は事務の方か電話をいただき、担当者の対応や価格等不満な点がないか、確認がありました。この会社なら任せて安心です。価格、サービス共に非常に満足しています。お勧めです！
