During the lunch time, the hot water is always warm and the cup ramen cost is lost. I will never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当該店舗では、朝の6時頃によく店員が入口付近でタバコを吸っています。世田谷区では「世田谷区環境美化等に関する条例」第6条の２において、「何人も、屋外において喫煙する場合は、公共の場所にいる区民等に対し喫煙による迷惑行為を行わないよう配慮しなければならない」と定められています。通りに面する入口での喫煙ですから、当然当該条例に違反しています。狭い歩道なので避けることはできません。
2022.0409追記
0554頃、また店の前で路上喫煙。通りはタバコの臭いで不快でした。
