本当に料理が好きな方が作っているんだろうなと伝わってきます。
毎回毎回趣向を凝らした料理が出てきて、目でも楽しむことができます。
スタッフの方はバイトなのかもしれませんが、とても教育されており、動きこそ気ごちないですが、おもてなしをしようという想いが伝わってきて居心地がいいです。

これに尽きます。また行きたいです！
以前お伺いした際は仕事中でしたが、あまりに美味しさに仕事を忘れてしまうほどでした（笑）
地元の食材をふんだんに使ったお料理、そしてその食材ひとつひとつについて思い入れがあることをシェフの佐藤さんからお伺いし、より一層感動しました。
間違いなく、青森ファンになった1つの理由が、レストランevieの存在です。
あの時は本当に素敵な時間をありがとうございました。
一緒にいた皆さんが喜ばれていました。
今は子どもが小さくなかなか訪れることができませんが、数年経ったら必ず家族3人で、今度はプライベートでお邪魔したいと思っています。
（次はワインも一緒にいただきたいです！！笑）
シェフの佐藤さんの笑顔もevieの魅力のひとつですね?
また佐藤さんに会いにお伺いしたいです！その時はまたよろしくお願いします！

I was at work when I visited before, but it was so delicious that I forgot to work (laughs).
I was even more impressed when I heard from chef Mr. Sato that he has a passion for dishes that use abundant local ingredients and each of those ingredients.
Undoubtedly, one reason I became a fan of Aomori is the existence of restaurant evie.
Thank you for a really nice time at that time.
Everyone who was with me was pleased.
Nowadays, my children are so small that I can't easily visit them, but after a few years, I'll definitely have three family members, and this time I'd like to visit them privately.
(Next time, I would like to have wine with me !! lol)
