名古屋方面にも豊橋･浜松方面にも行きやすいですよ。
It is located at the corner of a traffic light intersection along Route 1.
It is easy to go to Nagoya area as well as Toyohashi and Hamamatsu area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業時間は18時まで、19時までかと思い、ヒートランプがつきクーラント液の補充をお願いしたところ、あと30分で営業終了なので無理です。JAF呼んでくださいとのこと。
当然かも知れませんが残念でした。
I thought that the business hours would be until 18:00 and 19:00, and when I asked for the coolant to be replenished with the heat lamp on, it would be impossible because the business would end in 30 minutes. Please call JAF.
It may be natural, but it was a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 表向きにはわからないがこのお店は格安な車検(ユーザー車検代理)を売りにもしている。
だがスタッフの一部の人間は車検に対する一般的な知識が浅く、こちらの気になる車の状態に関して答えが出せなかった。
結局自分で陸運局に問い合わせたが、検査員から問題なく車検に通せるとの回答頂いた。
車検をサービスとしているのならば、「わからない」で終わらせるのではなくて、今後の為にも自社の為も自分で陸運局に問い合わせて答え聞き、その情報を社内で共有して知っておくべきだと思う。
この人は同じ様な質問をする客が来る度に「わからない」と答え追い返しちゃうんだろう。
残念なスタッフである。
Not sure, but this shop also sells cheap car inspections (user car inspection agents).
However, some of the staff had little general knowledge of scrutineering and couldn't answer the car condition they were worried about.
Eventually I asked the Land Transport Office myself, but the inspectors answered that I could pass the car inspection without any problems.
If you have a car inspection service, do not end with "I don't know", but also ask the Land Transport Office yourself for the future and for your company, and answer and share the information internally. I think it should.
This person will answer "I don't know" every time a customer asks a similar question and will turn it back.
Disappointing staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年の冬に石油を買ったのに、暖かくなり石油があまり、回収しに行ったが自分で回収した。しかも汚すな、雑巾はこれを使えなど客ではない態度。あれから二度といきません。
I bought oil last winter, but it got warmer and there was too much oil, so I went to collect it, but I collected it myself. Moreover, don't get dirty, the rag is not a customer, such as using it. I will never go after that.

Tポイント目当てで入ったらまだ使えなかった。。。
Shell and Esso near the Inter ahead of this were about 10 yen / L cheaper (T_T)
It was not usable yet if it entered by T point. . .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ｒ１音羽蒲郡IC利用で走行中、残燃料が少ない事に気付いたため満タン給油で立寄りました。手際良く作業してもらい余り時間ロスなく再出発できました。
While driving using the R1 Otowa-Gamagori IC, I noticed that the remaining fuel was low, so I stopped by with a full tank refueling. I had them work well and was able to start again without much time loss.
