★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レンタカー利用。禁煙車指定で借り、喫煙時社内清掃等費用請求などの罰則が有りながらも灰皿から溢れるほどの吸殻。乗り出して気付き、異臭べとべとで消臭スプレーと車内除菌シートで清掃。灰皿はそのままにしてレンタカー返却時申告するも無視。謝罪もなし。二度と利用しない。
Use a rental car. A cigarette spilling out of an ashtray despite being penalized for renting a designated non-smoking car and billing for in-house cleaning when smoking. I got out and noticed, and cleaned it with a deodorant spray and a disinfecting sheet inside the car. The ashtray is left as it is, but it is ignored when returning the rental car. No apologies. Never use it again.
