牛リブロースカツ膳を注文。
牛カツ特有のあっさりした揚げ具合。
火が結構通っちゃってたのは残念。レアを楽しみたかった。
ごはんはかなり柔らかく軟飯ぽい。好き嫌い分かれそう。
LINE会員は、ごはん、キャベツのおかわり自由です。初回登録で温玉サービス。
キッズメニューはない。

アゼリアということもあり、オープンな店内です。運良く入り口すぐのカウンターが空いてたのでベビーカー入れました。テーブル席はちょっと狭いのでベビーカーで入るには躊躇します。

とてもよい。
元気で明るく、笑顔もあり安心できます。
広くない店内でしたが、ベビーカーも嫌な顔されませんでした。ごはんやキャベツのおかわりも声をかけてくれて、食べすぎてしまいました。
川崎駅で牛カツ屋さんは初ではないでしょうか。
そのせいか、ピークタイムを過ぎても混んでいます。

午前11時からオープンしており、価格帯は1000円から2000円台と高めですが、クオリティの高めな牛かつ定食が食べられるお店となっています。
牛ロースかつ膳並(Beef loin cutlet set meal/normal) 1529円/13.98USD を食べてみましたが、下味も良く付いていて、肉自体の柔らかさも日本人好みのするレアで、とても美味しかったです。
店内はカウンターと、テーブル席があり、席間隔は広めに取ってあり、他の席の方に気兼ねなく食事を頂くことが出来ました。
店員さんの対応も素早く、親切ですが、テイクアウトの対応で会計が少し遅れる場合が有ることは考慮に入れておいた方がよいかもしれません。
平日午前から昼にかけては、比較的お弁当の需要があるようで、店員さんもお忙しそうにしてらっしゃいました。
牛かつということで、提供に時間が掛かるかも、と懸念していましたが、かなり早く提供してくださるのは驚きました。
ご飯が冷たかったり、お味噌汁がぬるいと言うこともなく、高いサービスレベルを提供されていると感じました。
機会があれば、また利用したいと思います。

特に無し。アルコール消毒の強制のみ入店前にある位で、アクリル板はお1人さま用席にあって複数人用テーブルにはないのナイス?

リブロースメンチランチ＋おいかつでロースかつ。味は普通。ボリュームも迫力も全て普通。もちろん美味しい。
価格の割にボリュームにやや劣るのはま、豚ではなく牛だから仕方ないのかもな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リブロースかつ膳と一口かつ食べ放題を頼みました。リブロースお肉の旨味は少なく、筋っぽいけども、接客はキチンとされているお店です。牛かつってこんなものなのかな？？休日の15時ごろ訪問です。ちらほらお客さん。
地下街ということもあって、明るく入りやすい雰囲気でしたが、カウンター席に着くと、浮浪者的な臭い。。お店のせい？お客さん？私の嗅覚？場所柄？？店内にあまり食べ物の臭いが充満していない、ということでもありそうです。
ラインお友達登録で、ご飯、味噌汁、キャベツが食べ放題、一口かつ食べ放題半額(期間限定)なので登録。
お膳メニューを頼むと頼める一口かつが思った以上の小ささでしたが、レアで柔らかで美味しかったです。リブロースよりも圧倒的においしく30個くらい食べました。個数指定してお願いでき、熱々で部位も形もバラバラ。店員さんも快くオーダーに対応してくれます。
一口かつは牛かつというよりも、串カツな味わいでした。
ソースは、甘めのだし醤油、山椒塩、トンカツソースみたいな特製ソース、出汁のきいたカレーでした。追加で、おろし、半熟卵も選べます。どれも普通でした。
牛かつ、かつて渋谷のも○村で食べた時すごくおいしくて、感動したのですが、その後石焼き式のチェーン店になって、味が落ちたので、暫くぶりに食べました。うーん。不味くはない。でもリピはないかなー。
アゼリアで牛肉なら、逆方向にある霧降高原のステーキが正解ですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ これまであまり牛カツは食べたことなかったですが、これまで食べたものより非常に美味しかった。レアな揚げ加減なので嫌がる人もいるかもしれませんが、それとワサビ醤油の相性は抜群に思えました。他にも山椒やソース、卵、京カレーと色々つけダレはあったのですが結局ほとんどワサビ醤油で食べてしまいました。あ、カレーはごはんお代わりして掛けて食べましたが^^; 今回はサーロインとロースの合盛りでしたが、次回はタンを食べてみたいと思います。

サーロインはちょっと噛みきれない感じですが、一口サイズに切ってあるので、問題ないかなと。ただ、人によって好みが分かれそうです。
タンは、食べやすく、味も美味しかったです。
店内のメニューにはなかったのですが、メンチカツも頼めたので、こどもは喜んで食べてました。

休日の16時頃のため空いてました。牛カツは豚カツに比べ、とてもあっさりしてて上品な味です。ソースや、ワサビ、塩、カレーソース、温泉玉子など、色々と味変ができます。カツがもっと熱々だとよかったです。ホールのベテランっぽい女性スタッフさんは、気配りできていて好印象です。テイクアウトされていくお客さんが結構多かったですが、出来上がるまで座って待ってられるみたいです。ランチ価格ではないため、税込2000円近くしたため、コスパは良くないと感じました。
