You can sit outside along the tunnel, there will be tons of people on the opposite place lining for Ramen, you can laugh at them because they will get in line when you start eating and still be there when you are full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to this joint for 4 times and i can never get enough of it, the skewers are so good that you just can't stop eating. Personally this Kushiyaki place is the best i tried so far, highly recommended. You will not regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found this place by accident, couldn't find reviews of it because it was all written in Kanji, but trust me you won't be disappointed. If you're adventurous ask for 'Osesume' - the chef's recommendations. Enjoy grilled meats and vegetables and a range of drinks. There is an English menu and a cover charge. Notable dishes: Chicken Wing, Stuffed shitake mushroom and the Black Wagyu. Oishi. Not many tourists when we were in the restaurant but there is English speaking staff so don't be shy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for dinner, although the view from the outside seating is lovely, the real show is inside, try to seat at the bar seats, that’s how you get the real atmosphere.
There is a cover charge of 350 yen.
The food is amazing, we ate almost everything on the menu, and we loved it all.
The service is great and kitchen serves you a few dishes at a time, so you will have a good flow throughout dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although you will find other foreigners here, there's still plenty of locals as well. The staff is very nice, they speak enough English to get by, and all of the teppanyaki was very good and fairly affordable.
The mystery meatball was our absolute favorite but all of them were awesome. You do need to order a certain minimum amount to avoid a seating charge, but that's fairly standard for these establishments.
Highly recommend you sit at the grill and watch the magic, although you can sit outside and watch the thousands of drunk locals frequent the clubs and bars on the canal.
