★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 城下町三戸にある料亭。全国各地から集まった研究者を案内しましたが、南部地方ならでわの、つつけやニンニクの素揚げ、川がにすいとんなど、盛りだくさんのメニューを用意してくれました。5000円にしては安いと感想を頂きました。美味しかったです。バス送迎助かりました。
A restaurant in Sannohe, a castle town. We introduced researchers gathered from all over the country, but they prepared a lot of menus such as puffing, garlic frying, and river crabs in the southern region. We received impression that it was cheap for 5000 yen. It was delicious. Bus pick-up was saved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パンフでひっつみ汁が美味しそう。と目を付けて、電車とバスを使ってランチを食べに行ってみた。店先まで来ると、お店の社長さんらしき人と出会した。ランチは前日まで予約しないと食べれないとの事。貼り紙もしてあり残念がっていると、夏日で暑いから少し涼んでいかれては？と昔はやっていたであろう、雰囲気の良い店内に入れてくれて、仕出し弁当の準備中の傍らパンフのコピーと他のオススメのレストランや南部煎餅屋さんを教えてくれました。
ほぼ年中無休でやっているとの事。親切で雰囲気良かった。次は食べに行きたいと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 川蟹すいとんが名物のお店。趣向を変えて、宴会限定メニューの川蟹ブイヤベースコース。トマトとの相性抜群。飲み物は別だけど食べきれないくらいの量の料理で3000円はコスパ高すぎです。

八戸からだとちょっと遠くてなかなか行けずにいますが三戸行ったら是非伺いたいお店です。
I visited for the first time at a gathering of friends and the food was very good.
