「あー！！！そういうのはやってませんっ！！！」と怒鳴られました。よく同じ問い合わせがあるのでしょうがひどい対応でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パンク点検だけで700円とお高目、パンク修理も一度して貰って1000円払ったのですが、次の日にはペチャンコ…?違うパンクを見逃していたようです。もちろん無償で修理してくれたので☆3つです。
It was a mere 700 yen for a punk check, and I once paid for a punk repair, and paid 1000 yen, but it seems that I missed a different punk on the next day. Of course, I have made repairs for free so I have three.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チェーン注油をお願いしたら絶対に注油してはならない箇所に注油されて激怒。チェーンの余分なオイルを拭き取ることもしない、言っても理解できていない様子。
素人相手ならバレないと高を括ってるのかもしれないが、あまりにも信じがたく眼の前が真っ暗になった。自転車安全整備士資格持ってないのだろうか。
When I asked for chain lubrication, I was angry because it was lubricated in places where I should never lubricate. I don't even wipe off the excess oil on the chain, it seems I don't understand.
If it's an amateur partner, it may be tied up if it doesn't come out, but it's too unbelievable and the front of my eyes became pitch black. Do you not have a bicycle mechanic qualification?
