L	Lowell Feldhahn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cute diner boasting tasty breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus served on either of two levels or an outdoor patio right on the edge of Lake Otsu. Entrees range mostly from ¥700-¥1200 with several share-able menu items also available. Accommodating of larger groups, too (went with 9 people and staff pushed tables together for us).

There is a nice view from the second floor's indoor seating area, but it was fogged up due to condensation. The food was rich and sweet. The pancake (cream cheese and raspberry) was very fluffy, airy and eggy. The almond au lait was ok, but we wonder if we might have enjoyed tea more.
