★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皮肉ではなく、大変思い出深い学生生活を送らせて頂いた高校でした。?
ですが、今思うと、皆、訳アリの生徒が在学しているのに何故、定期的なメンタルチェック（専門家を通した心理診断など）がないのか不思議です。
それに、相手は「ちゃんと学校を通えてなかった子達」なのだから、急に大人の物差しで「大人の世界とは」を語ったところで、分かるわけもない。
そこら辺の学校と同じ感覚で、ここの生徒と接するのは良くない。彼らのなかには、本当に傷付いて流れ着いた子がいるのだから。
あたしの見てきたものは、教員自身が不安定。また、人生経験不足な若い教員。
それらが「人の上に立ち、教える立場」が務まるはずがない。
そして、これは教師という人達、全体に言えることですが「就職に困って」「ドラマに憧れて」という軽率な理由で教員になってしまった方は、即刻辞めるべきです。

It's not good to interact with the students here in the same way as schools around. Some of them are really hurt and washed away.
What I have seen is that the teachers themselves are unstable. Also, a young teacher who lacks life experience.
They cannot be in a position to "stand on top of people and teach".
And this is true for teachers as a whole, but those who have become teachers for the careless reasons of "I'm having trouble finding a job" or "longing for a drama" should quit immediately.
