レ	レン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の態度が最悪です。白髪の眼鏡をかけた女性の方です。予約があることが知らず、有給を取り朝一番で行ったのですが、おおよそでもいいのでと待ち時間を聞いたらわからないの一点張りでした。またこちらと話しているのに急に隣の職員と話だし２〜３分ずっと無視されたような状態がありました。予約表を確認していたようですが、｢確認するのでお待ち下さい｣くらい言えないのでしょうか？話の中で何度も｢だったら予約すればいいじゃないですか｣と言われとても不快でした。知らなかったと最初に言ったのに話の聞いてない方でした。結局ほかのところに行きましたが、そこに電話したら3〜4時間も待つのはありえないと言われました。何かあってもここには二度と行きません。 ☆1もつけたくないくらいです。 The attitude of the receptionist is the worst.
