★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの愛想はよいが、接客トークはあまり心がないというか、売れればなんでも良いという気持ちがみえる。
商品はセンスの良いものが多いが、状態はあまり良くない。店内では気づかなかったが購入したコートはシミが多く、ニットは虫食いが何箇所かあって残念だった。
 The staff are friendly, but I don't really have a heart for customer service talk, or I can see that anything is fine as long as it sells.
Many of the products have a good taste, but they are not in very good condition. I didn't notice it in the store, but the coat I bought had a lot of stains, and the knit had some worm-eaten spots, which was a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 返信見てびっくり。何十回も足を運んでいる客が間違いますか？！スタンプカードもコンプしています。FENDIのマントコート、フランスのデッドストックのニット、などなど今でも大事に着て居ます。その頃は絶えず店員さんが洋服のホコリ取りをしていたり商品の陳列に気を配っていて感動したものです。
最近何度か行きましたがラックにかかっている品数も減っているし値付けも上がっています。悪い評価に納得いかないからと言ってこちらの間違いにする、そんな店員さんは居なかったです。
6~7年前に初めて行った時は品数も豊富で、質の良いブランド物や珍しい商品がたくさんあり、宝探しのような期待値で足を運び楽しかったです。行くたびに気に入った物に巡り会えてその時のものは今も愛用しています。
しかし最近久しぶりに訪問したら品数が激減していて見応えが無くなりとても残念でした。コロナ禍で買い付けが思うようにいかないのでしょうか。また以前のように戻ってほしいです。

When I first went there 6 to 7 years ago, there were a lot of items, good quality brand items and rare items, and it was fun to visit with the expected value like a treasure hunt. Every time I go, I can meet what I like and I still use the ones at that time.
However, when I visited for the first time in a long time recently, it was very disappointing that the number of items had decreased sharply and it was not worth seeing. Isn't the purchase going as expected due to the corona squid? I want you to go back as before.

状態も綺麗なものばかりでした。
ジャケット、とてもお安いお値段でしたが、シミがあるためとの事でしたが、きちんと場所も教えてくれて、とても信頼できるお店です。
レディースに比べ、メンズは数が少なかったのですが、その割に欲しいものがいっぱいありました。
メゾンブランド以外のものも、とてもセレクトが素晴らしく、お勧めです。
スタッフの方々もとても親切で、優しかった。
またすぐに行きたいです^_^
