教育出来てない。判らなければ聞いてみますでもなく、無いと言い切る。
大きな店舗なのだから売場を探すのも大変なので店員に聞く方が早くたどり着けると思ったのだが…
大型店舗には売場案内の係は必要ではないかと思う。そこにコストをかけないのは企業の怠慢。若い方々は探す楽しみもあるのかとは思うが、年配者にはその店舗の大きさが逆にきつい。
