★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丁寧に接客してくださいました。商品知識もあり、こちらの要望も丁寧に聞いてくれます。店内の雰囲気も、展示されている商品も上品で良い。高価格なので即決は難しいですが、また訪れたい良い店です。
I received a courteous customer service. We have product knowledge and will listen carefully to these requests. The atmosphere in the store and the products on display can be elegant. Although it is difficult to make a prompt decision because of the high price, it is a good store to visit again.

店員さんの対応も良いのでしっかりと良いものを探せるかと思います。
It is calm but has nice furniture. I went looking for a sofa, but there were many vibrant ones with a wide variety of fabric types and colors to choose from.
The clerk's response is also good, so I think I can find a good one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 価格は安くはないですが、デザインがとても素敵です。類似の商品を他社で見比べても、結局繊細な色味やフォルムが気に入り、こちらの商品を選ぶことが多いです。
The price is not cheap, but the design is very nice. Even if I compare similar products with other companies, I often choose this product because I like the delicate color and form.

Do they think customers cannot google up outlet prices?
The salesperson was super nice first, she was introducing us to the sofas, which suits our taste. Then she tells us that most of these sofas take about 2-3 months for shipping, so she pulls up IDV sofa which was already available in the local inventory.
After our shopping experience we googled up the sofa she told us about and discovered that this sofa was the same sofa which was sold at 25% off the price at the Outlet mall in Minami Machida.
So basically she was trying to sell at full price...What a SCAM.
Afterwards our experience at Machida sucked as well. Not surprising.
So we spent more than 2 months about contemplating about the sofa but ...service is so bad. We probably will never go back to BoConcept for shopping furniture.
