M	M M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 遠方によりメールでやりとりして、一部屋決めて内覧の日程を決めていましたが、当日行くと誰？という反応で私たちが行くことを把握してなかった様子。メールしていた担当者は休みだし、部屋も住む人が決まっていました。店長が対応してくれてお勧めの部屋をいくつか提示していただきましたが、移動は自転車でと言われて、自転車乗れませんので驚きました。（幸い、車が1台戻ってきて、車で行けましたが）住居中、備え付けの備品に不備が出たので電話したら、たいしたことないからか笑いながらの失礼な対応。この電話番号は0120〜で、武蔵浦和店ではないでしょうけど。引っ越しがまだ先だったので相談したら、1ヶ月フリーレントにしていただけました。店長さんの対応がよかったぶん星1追加です。（残念ながら今は異動したそうです） I exchanged e-mails from a distance, decided one room and decided the viewing schedule, but who would go on the day? f	f y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初の応対は丁寧でしたが、その後の内見予約の際には、予約した日に担当がおらず、担当からの引き継ぎもされていなかった為、店舗に行った際には、こいつは誰だ？と店員が顔を顰めていました。予約した日にち、日時には間違いがないのに事前連絡が一切なく、更には担当は朝一の開店時から急な不在の一点張り。そして何より、退去後すぐに内見できるといい、賃貸サイトにも掲載されているのにも関わらず、その物件は退去前に決まったと突然の報告。この書き込みをしている時点でもサイトには掲載され続けている始末。時間を空け、準備をしていたのにも関わらず無駄足。安い賃料の物件を探していたから値踏みでもされたんでしょうか。報告と連絡、相談と基本中の基本が何一つできていないので、今後利用を考えてる方は今一度ご一考を。 The first response was polite, but when I made a preview reservation after that, there was no person in charge on the day I made the reservation, and I was not handed over from the person in charge, so when I went to the store, who was this guy? is?
