★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favourite bar in Osaka. It's not hip it's not loud it just a great small place to have a great drink. I have been coming here for the past 15 years and the owner remembers me each time which just makes you feel amazing.
He has a great selection of whisky and always tries to have a conversation in English. I recommend this place to everyone I know that's going to Japan.
