タイヤの組み換えでしたが見積りをとっていただいた従業員の方が覚えていただいてくれてスムーズに話が進みましたので助かりました。
また所有していた診断機の調子が悪く、閉店間近でしたがダイアグ確認、削除をしていただきました。大変助かりました、今後も利用させていただきたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 品揃えがよく、他の店舗には見ないようなスポーツカー系パーツ、エンジンオイル、コーティング剤などおいてあり、クルマ好きな人には楽しい店舗です。
先日車を乗り換えて初のオイル交換でどのエンジンオイルにしようか迷っていたところ、若い若葉マークの人が声をかけてくれ色々親切に説明していただきました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近このお店に初めて行ったんだけど、入ってすぐにレジカウンターのそばで若い男性店員が、怖い顔して大きな声でお客さんに、話してるのを見てびっくりしました。サービス業なのに、お客さんに対してあの態度はまじで有り得ない。私もサービス業ですが、お客さんには、笑顔で接するのが当たり前！なのに、あの態度はない！最後にはお客さんは怒って帰って行った。見てて不快だった！この店員は1から教育し直すべきだ。お客さんと、何があっても、顔や、態度に出すのはいけない。それが、プロというもの。プロ意識を持って接客しないといけないと思う。初めて行って、こんな状況見せられたら、行きたくもなくなる。もう、行かないけどね、こんな店員のいる場所にはね…残念です。私はこの店員に厳重注意をして欲しいです。すぐキレやすい人なのかな？接客業に向いているのかが、ハテナ？？？この店舗以外のオートバックスをおすすめします。

At the end, the customer got angry and went home. It was unpleasant to see! This clerk should re-educate from scratch. No matter what happens with the customer, don't show your face or attitude. That is a professional. I think we have to serve customers with professionalism. When I go for the first time and see this situation, I don't want to go. I'm not going anymore, but in a place like this with a clerk ... sorry. I want this clerk to pay close attention. Is it a person who is easy to sharpen immediately? Is it suitable for the hospitality business? ?? ?? We recommend AUTOBACS other than this store.
