★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飛び込みで行ったのに女性スタッフも営業の方もとても対応がすばらしかった。出していただいた珈琲も手が込んでおり、お土産もいただいた。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BMW x3に乗ってるけど やはりアウディは中の作りがなぜか日本車っていう感じがする ハンドルだけはアウディっていう感じは否めないが何故か不思議なことにあまりにも殺風景すぎた アウディは Q 5を見に行った なぜか 少し高級感がなかったら もうちょっと高級感があればワクワクしたんだろうけど BM を乗ってるから わくわくはなかった ボツだな

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店の方の対応は凄く良いです。新車買いたいのですが、やはり高級車。もう少しかんがえます。道路向かいにフォルクスワーゲンのディーラーが有るんですね❗グループ企業で相談して店舗出したんでしょうか分かりませんが、お互いに良い刺激になるでしょうね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドライブシャフトブーツの交換で伺いました。ブーツの破れがあったのでグリスがタイヤハウス内とボディ側面に飛び散っている状態で修理のため入庫しましたが、作業はブーツ交換のみだったようで、タイヤハウス内はグリスが付着したまま。
「ドライブシャフトブーツ交換をお願いします」とだけ伝えたのが悪かったのでしょうか。
その後1年弱でドライブシャフトのガタが発生し、他の修理工場で見てもらったところ、ブーツ交換の際に十分にグリスアップされてなかったようだとのことでした。
残念ですが、今後修理をお願いする事はないと思います。
I asked you to replace the drive shaft boots. Since the boots were torn, the grease was scattered inside the tire house and on the side of the body, so I received it for repair, but it seems that the only work was to replace the boots, and the grease remained inside the tire house.
Was it wrong to just say "Please replace the drive shaft boots"?
A little less than a year after that, the drive shaft rattled, and when I saw it at another repair shop, it seemed that it was not sufficiently greased when replacing the boots.
Unfortunately, I don't think we will ask for repairs in the future.
