The telephone correspondence is really too bad. Never call again. I don't feel like going with peace of mind. I want you to think more about the feelings of the patient.

受付の方が無愛想とのレビューもありますが、個人的には丁寧で問題を感じたことはないです。明るい声音でお話する感じではないので電話などだと無愛想に感じるかもしれません。
私を担当しているお医者様は言葉もよく選んで真摯にお話してくださり、お薬などの説明もわかりやすく、いつも助かっています。
病院自体の雰囲気も手作りの折り紙や季節の小物が置いてあって穏やかです。
I have been indebted for several years, but I think it is a good hospital.
There is a review that the receptionist is unfriendly, but personally I have never felt a problem with politeness. It may not feel like talking with a bright voice, so it may feel unfriendly when you call it.
The doctor in charge of me chooses words well and speaks seriously, and explanations of medicines are easy to understand and always helped.
The atmosphere of the hospital itself is calm with handmade origami and seasonal accessories.
