ネットで検索すればすぐ分かりますと言ったら「うちにネットはない」と言って切られた
とてもまともな会社の対応とは思えない
When I made a reservation call from the inn, I didn't know the location, so I was asked to change to the inn clerk.
When I said that I could find out immediately by searching on the net, I was cut off by saying "I don't have the net"
I don't think it's a very decent company response
