★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここは食堂で季節の料理が食べられます。春から秋は鮎。冬は川ガニ（モズクガニ）と猪料理、年間はウナギ料理です。正月明けにカワガニを食べましたが美味しかったです。新鮮で生きたものを料理してくれます。市内からは少し遠いので電話して行ったほうが良さそうです。
 Here you can eat seasonal dishes in the dining room. Ayu is from spring to autumn. River crab (mozuku crab) and wild boar dishes in winter, and eel dishes for the year. I ate the crab at the beginning of the new year, but it was delicious. They cook fresh and live things. It seems a bit far from the city so it would be better to call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 清流・太田川のほとり。当地の山や川で採れた食材を料理にして出してくれます。
夏は鮎の塩焼きやせごし。冬はイノシシの鍋や焼き肉。
うなぎ（は太田川で採れたものではありませんが）は通年で食べられるし、なまず料理もありますよ。
今日はイノシシ焼き肉を食べてきました。イノシシの肉って、豚肉みたいなものかと思ってましたが全然ちがいます。むしろ牛に近い。
そして、脂身でも脂っこくなくコリコリしていて、そのまま食べられます。
また、太田川で採れるモクズガニ（川ガニ）もおいしいという評判でした。上海ガニの仲間だそうで、甲羅にお酒を入れると美味しいとのこと。（自分はお酒を飲まないので又聞きですが）
今は正規メニューに入れてないようですが、今日はたまたま採れていた1匹を焼いておみやげに持たせてくれました。帰宅後食べてみるとこれが子持ちのメスで、黄色い卵がビッシリ。堪能しました。
イノシシに限らず地元食材はシーズンごとに採れる量が限られているのでお早めに。

In addition, the mokuzu crab (river crab) harvested from the Ota River had a reputation for being delicious. He says he is a member of the Shanghai crab, and says that adding sake to the shell is delicious. (I'm listening again because I don't drink)
It doesn't seem to be on the regular menu right now, but today I happened to bake one of them and give it as a souvenir. When I eat after returning home, this is a female with a child, and a yellow egg is surprised. I enjoyed it.
Not only wild boars but also local ingredients are limited in the amount that can be harvested each season, so be as soon as possible.
