★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知り合いが利用していますが1人の介護士の態度が悪すぎて精神状態が悪化しました…何度も介護士を変えて欲しいと訴えましたが人手が足りないの一点張りで未だに、その介護士が来ています。その介護士は友人が家事を出来ないのを知っているのに洗濯くらい出来るだろう！などと言います。自分で出来るなら介護士なんて頼みません。そして風呂場用の靴で家中を歩き回り注意をしたら逆ギレしてドアをおもいきり閉めて帰りました。本当は星1つも付けたくありません。

I have repeatedly appealed to change the caregiver, but the caregiver is still lacking in manpower. The sword is coming. The caregiver can do the laundry even though he knows his friend can't do the housework! And so on. If you can do it yourself, don't ask for a caregiver. Then I walked around the house with my shoes for the bathroom, and when I was careful, I turned around and closed the door and went home. I don't really want to add a single star.
