訓練をしてくれなど、謝罪もなく納得の出来る説明も無しでそれでいて哀悼の意をなど抜かしている。もう少しまたもな説明をしたらどうだ

不信感しかないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自動車整備科は特に教員による激しく理不尽な叱責や名指しでの侮辱や大声で怒鳴りつける指導に耐える自信のある方にしかおすすめできない施設です。
十数年にもわたって同じ教員が指導を続けているため悪しき慣習まみれの淀みきった空間です。
2018年12月現在、報道により過去に当施設で受けた指導により苦しみ自ら命を絶ってしまった方がいることが発覚しましたが、この施設での教員の指導は形容し難い苦痛なのでいつかはおこるだろう事案だとは思っていましたが既に起こっていた上に隠していたことに驚きを隠せません。今回の一件で隠蔽体質が露呈しましたが今後どうなるか対応がかなり気になります。
教員免許が不必要なため学科に関する知識や技能以外は特に学歴などもないような人間が指導員をやっているため授業以外の生活指導等は本当に素人そのもので受講していく中では納得のいかないことが多いと思います。

Since a teacher's license is not required, a person who has no educational background other than knowledge and skills related to the department is instructing, so life guidance other than class is not convincing while taking it as an amateur itself I think there are many cases.

It is a person who actually passed. The teacher was kind and enthusiastic. I was also blessed with Kerasmate. Thanks to you, I got a qualification and was able to change jobs to a different industry. Many people work seriously in the limited time, so it was a stimulating and good experience.

I received vocational training at another school, but since the jurisdiction was Niigata Techno School, I was indebted to him. The procedure for the documents was a little complicated for me, but the person in charge always responded politely and prepared an environment where I could concentrate on training.
