山	山下敬 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アットホームな感じの事業所。通ってる間は親切。現在は職員さんが、増えてしまった利用者さんと卒業生に手一杯になっており、プログラムやグループワークも同じ内容が多くなり手が行き届いていない現状だと感じる。就職移行率を考えると約半数が就職。残りの半数はここでの就職はしてないのかも。就職を成功している人達は自分で努力し続けた人だと思う。あくまでここは就労へ移行するサポートだけを行い、就職は自助努力で決まる。だが、ケアは厚い。いつも職員さんが忙しく、入れ替わりもかなりある。相談できる職員さんとそうでない方もいる。精神障害者が就職するには障害者就労移行支援事業所を使うことは必須の条件だと思う。 A business establishment that feels at home.
