セルフレジはいいんですが、困っている時には何もなし
レジに店員さんを呼んでもなかなか来ない
品揃えはもう少し絵本があればなと思いますが、態度は見直した方がいいかと思います。

お店は品揃えも普通にいいと思います。セルフレジが普及したのもあり、会計はスムーズに出来るとは思いますが、本によってはバーコードが2コある場合があって、何度もエラー音を出してしまうことも…。
年配のかたには配慮が必要かもしれません。
便利になっても、そこにお客さんがいる限りサービス業の基本的な笑顔やいらっしゃいませの声がけは大切ですね！
