呼	呼び捨てにされたい菅原 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで商品を購入しました。届いた商品はそのまま家に持ち込むのもはばかられる程に砂埃で汚れており、また水が滴った様なあとも残っていて、ほぼ野ざらしの様な状態で在庫品が保管されていることが、容易に想像出来ました。その様な状態で在庫を保管していることも信じられませんが、商品が酷く汚れた状態のまま発送する事も残念で仕方がありません。商品説明には発送前に洗浄すると記載されていましたが、洗浄した様子は伺えませんでした。現物を見ていない事につけ込み、良い加減な対応をしたのかな、と想像していました。また、担当者はメールの応答も遅く、問い合わせから6日後（3/26に問い合わせ、回答は4/1）に返信がありました。まだ使用していませんが、ぱっと見では、汚れている事を除けば、使用に問題は無さそうです。ネットでは酷く汚れた商品が送られてきますので、店舗に行って実物を確認して購入する事をお勧めします。 I bought a product online. ひ	ひろたなか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イスを一脚買いました ■見積もりに時間がかかる・フォームから見積もりを依頼した後の見積もり送信までの期間が長い。どうも一通一通見積もりのメールを担当者さんが書いてるみたい ■ 発送予定日の連絡がない・結局、電話して、その場でクレジットカード決済したが、口頭で配送日と到着日の約束をしたが、メール等での配送予定日連絡がない。(Amazonまでしっかりしてほしいとは言わないですが...) ■発送連絡がない・発送日当日の夕方になっても発送連絡がないため、電話したところ、確認して折返しでの対応(10分ほど)。結局、発送はされていて、次の日は空けておいてください、とのこと。電話中の担当者さんの声は明るい声でしたが、声の奥が微妙にピリついていた。おそらく、上のことで小言を言われたことが何度もあるのだと思われる。これは担当者の問題と言うより会社の運用システムの問題が古いためと推察される。ちょっとかわいそうになった。目立った競合がでてきていないので、本社で改善のモチベーションが上がらないのだと推察される。いずれにしても、私としてはいろいろな意味でハラハラするので、なるべく、ここでは買いたくないなと思った。 I bought a chair ■ It takes time to estimate ・ It takes a long time to send a quote after requesting a quote from the form.
