本当に最悪のお店でした。家を契約し、鍵を貰ってから部屋を確認したところ、ハウスクリーニングがされておらず、エイブルに確認したところ、エイブルはこちらに部屋を引き渡す前に部屋のチェック等を行なっておらず、前の住人が出たままのような状態でした。
結局、こんな状態では住めないと契約を破棄することになりましたが、初期費用のうち10万円は帰ってきませんでした。
このお店で部屋を借りようとしている方はやめといた方がいいと思います。

内見の段階で、コロナの時期なので従業員の方に中の案内してもらうか、してもらわないか選択でき、案内をしてもらうに同意したのにも関わらず、中にも入らず案内をしていただけませんでした。
鍵の引き出しはお店でいただくだけで、当日の立ち合いもありませんし、中を確認していない状態で引き渡しされます。
また、道も覚えていない従業員に家を案内されます。
また全ての対応が悪く、お客様センターに事情を説明して本社の方から連絡がありやっと対応してくれました。お客を舐めてます。
ここで部屋を探す事はやめた方がいいです。武庫之荘にはもっとたくさん良い不動産屋がありますので、他を当たった方が良いです。
ここを選びとても後悔しています。
